Malcolm Smith
Hi, I'm Malcolm Smith Principal Software Architect and Project Manager
I span the divide between business and information technology in an effective manner. I generally deal with the "impossible projects" - either because of complexity, size or timescales. My focus areas are financial services, transportation and telecommunications. I work with the "content" of a project - concerned with getting the design and delivery approach of the solution right, within the business, sector and IT components simulataneously. Either this role is part of Enterprise Architecture or as a project manager. I am highly creative in developing solutions to complex delivery problems and have a track record of pragmatic commercial solutions. I am fully experienced in all aspets of project management, governance and reporting (PRINCE II practitioner). I am know for my ability to cut through complexity and promote solutions.
